[quote]Not sure who’s in charge here, but shouldn’t the vendor info be listed somewhere easy to find? Like, in the vendor links section?

I’m in charge. Here’s the rules…

  1. Everyone will assume that everyone else is a decent straight-up guy. So when you are tempted to think ill of another’s post, you will begin “the mantra of healing”…“He’s a good guy, he’s a good guy, he’s a good guy…”

  2. If you are out of time or patience on this exhaust business, go ahead with the '07 exhaust rules. We will all be sympathetic and won’t harrass you for it as long as you put the approved exhaust on next Winter.

  3. We will be kind and sympathetic towards the various folks running this show. Because if we treat them like shit they are going to go away. And then one of us will have to spend every waking moment dealing with all sorts of unwanted aggravations. Which is to say, us.

  4. We will have more trackdays. Not being able to drive my car in Dec and Jan is intolerable. This is no way to run an obsession. That goes for the Summer lean season too.

I can live with those rules, good post.

This thread has gotten out of control.

Is it really any wonder that the casual visitor to this site can sort out the information from all the bitching and sarcasm?

It might be a good idea to add the exhaust supplier to our vendors links. While he may not have a website, it maybe nice to have some kind of link to his contact info without having to wade through the murk of all the posts to this topic.

Just a suggestion.

Is this sexy or what? :silly:
Thought I’d post this just for a laugh… John and I got back from 4 days at Sebring Winterfest only to realize that we didn’t bring the ENTIRE car back with us… we have NO clue when exactly we lost the tailpipe! Apparently the corner workers didn’t notice either or we might have been in for a chat with the black flag marshall.
For what it’s worth though, the car ran flawlessly four four days of DE with two drivers :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:
