Toyo bucks

#1

Sean - The VIR enduro was described as a points race for all NASA classes, but enduro rules state that any tire can be used. What does this mean for the Toyo contingency program?

Robert - the Toyo program states that only one race per day can be designated as eligible for the Toyo bucks program. Which of the races on Sat and Sunday at the Rock were the "points" races and if more than one per day, which ones were the Toyo races?

David, great question and I there is not an easy answer. All four races were counted by NASA SE for the regional points awards. Neither Jim Pantas or your SE Spec E30 administrator (not in attendance)declared which race was which for Toyo $$$.

To answer your question, I would send in your best results and see what happens. That’s what I’m doing, as I read the same fine print yesterday and had the same questions.

I’m thinking that if it makes our heads spin that it will do the same at Toyo. We’ve got nothing to lose by sending the forms in.

Regards, Robert Patton

Straight from Chris:

That weekend’s sprint races were points races for all nasa sprint classes. The enduro was not.

You also need to have your seried administrator sign the sheet for you.

Carter has been EXCELLENT in getting back to me on these for NASA-MA. Thanks Carter!
