Bill Caswell is a frikin nut case - in a good way… He’s completely bonkers. We used to run into each other at MCSCC and BMW Club events in the 90’s in Chicago. He was always going 110% and never quite prepared for anything ever… But you always knew he had the ability to pull it off. Sam, the writer of that piece is a nice mild mannered quiet guy, the total ying to Bill’s yang, yet they are best friends…
If you’re ever in the Chicago area for a BMW, SCCA, MCSCC or Rally America (maybe on your way to Michigan for the Rally…!) look for Bill… He’ll be there, or just someone there can tell you more “Caswell” stories…

I liked that he not only left the tool kit in the trunk, but he used it to fix his motor mount. I’m guessing he left the tar too.
