Who is planning to be there? I’ll be there for sure and Carter Jr (wheel cleaning rag in-hand) will come along if my Dad can meet us there to help watch him.
We’ve had good turnouts at Summit and I hope this won’t be any different.

ps. I now that David Herrington had an incident at VIR while racing with BMW CCA. The rumor said that it’s pretty bad but I hope it’s repairable.
I will be there running HPDE3, will y’all be getting paddock spaces together? Room for a student?
I’ll be there for HPDE-2, as will Jim Colbert (possibly a future SpecE30 driver) with his 1990 325i coupe.
Won’t be at summit…thought I would be.

Forgot to add: I’ll be at the track on Friday evening, so I should be able to snag some primo real-estate.
I will also be there this weekend, hopefully leaving on Friday. I will try to get there early to reserve spaces.

I’m not going to be able to get to the track until around 0900 Saturday. I have Naval commitments on Friday night until 2300. So Early morning for the 4+ hour drive.
Hopefully Chris and whomever arives friday evening can cordon off some parking for the latecomers

I requested the paved area to the right, just after turning into the main paddock, about half-way down to the tech shed. If any of the early arrivals can take some jackstands and chairs, and can buy a roll of police tape (safety supply places have it), we can save the area. I’ll pay you back for the tape.
I honestly believe we’ll need a physical barrier so we don’t get squeezed-out like at Hyperfest. And see Chris C when you set it up so we’ll have "official" permission.

At VIR I taped off a big area and made a few spec e30 signs. The first person to arrive needs to take the 15 minutes to clearly create enough space. 14 cars takes up more room than one might think. At CMP we had to split the group in two, while VIR we made enough space, particulary for the saturday arrivals.
I will be arriving around 9pm, so my guess is others will be there sooner. If you think you will be arring late afternoon, pls stop at home depot and get some police tape or landscape tape.
