Start the Turkey Trot & IFU3 Smack Talk

Yep, everyone in SpecE30/Lightning, plus IndyJim (Enduro only) are signed up for IFU:

Childress, Kelly
DeVinney, Steve
Geiger, Craig
Gress, Scott
Jones, Brian
Kritter, Al
Lako, Steven
Levie, Jim
Mariani, Rick
McMennamy, Scott
Moberg, Greg
Palacio, Eric
Pantas, Jim
Patton, Laura
Patton, Robert
Reznikov, Alex
Robinson, Jim
Taylor, Al
Taylor, Chuck
Walsh, David
Wilson, Travis
Zawrotny, Bill

In case you hadn’t noticed, this is Mariani’s first weekend with SE. I’m sure Al and Travis and selected members of the local livestock population will make sure he gets properly oriented to the way things work in the Southeast!

I’m bringing one. :stuck_out_tongue:

Inflatables don’t count.

I thought you guys might need some Mid-Atlantic mediocrity down there for this one. Besides Al already started my orientation earlier this month at VIR.

I will be camping (sleeping in the back of my truck) and I assume once the racing is done for the day cold beers are to be had by all.

Looks like finishing order minus two typos: I expect I can take Childress no problem for second since his car will inevitably break, but will have to find all of his cheater parts before DeVinney hits the pavement for the top spot. Not sure how long that protest form is. Can we write on the back?

Silly Geeger  you won’t be seeing any podium finishes. Unless you’re going to count your IFU qualifying position.

Bam! That just happened.

:woohoo:

Reliable sources tell me that Tom Hall, 50% of the renowned Hall Brothers cough drop mfrs and racing team, is planning to make a surprise appearance, and I think he’s actually going to race in full beard, top coat/tails, and stovepipe hat. Should be quite the sight!

#130

Bill you may want to give everyone a head’s up on what hotel you’ll be at…After all Geegar found out the hard way how babies are made.

Shouldn’t impact me, seriously considering trying out the camper top on the truck. Seems like the after hours show may be worth it this time.

Although, as hard as this is to believe, work may sneak up on me here, trying to work around it we’ll see how next week goes.

I’ll respond quickly before Shelley gets back from her trip to the store and you have to get off the computer.

That’s rich. I passed the extremely rigorous tech at Nationals, so I’m ready for you Geegar. I’ll get there early on Friday so you will have plenty of time to look over my car. Like you’d be able to tell… :stuck_out_tongue:

23 SE30’s in the IFU3. That’s not bad.

#133

You guys are killing me, I want to be there so bad. The hand is still swollen, no way I could drive a stick shift. :frowning:

I hear those poverty stricken mail-order brides are the schnizit! B)

You legal-eagles work all the angles

As for the rest of you expect me on the Pole for the IFU-3!*

*but I have to sincerely DQ myself because I know the mid-race surprise :woohoo: and the grand finale! :stuck_out_tongue:

Hard to call it an accident, more like stupidity.
