Sign up early and beat the crowds…

Shenandoah…otherwise known as the worlds biggest AutoX track. No thanks, I’ll skip this one. HPDE can have it.

Hey, don’t knock the Shen - that’s one of my favorite tracks.

Unfortunately, unless it’s a non-Autobahn group event, I’ll be serving out a suspension for hitting a couple 944’s …

Ironically, I think that most 944’s are going to skip this event. They didn’t run there last year.

I plan to be there with my instructor hat on. Let me know if you wanna know the fast way around

SO #325 and lap record holder at the Shen … at least until April 1st.

Truth be known…I couldn’t go even if I wanted too. I’ll be in Lemoore CA learning to fly the F-18E SuperHornet. But I couldn’t pass up a chance to bust on that crummy track.

#5

I’d love to run it… I had fun there last year in a BMWCCA school…

I’m just not sure if I’ll have my license, and where I’ll be living at that exact moment. grrr.

Meanwhile, Brain gets to play with a Rhino. :jealous: (BTW, while you’re out there, Brain, would you mind keeping an eye open for a low-mileage Tomcat? I’d prefer a Delta.)

I want to go for a ride in a Fighter Soooooo bad. Always have since I was a kid growing up between Willow Grove NAS and Warminster NADC. The jets just kept getting cooler.

w00T for the podium in your first race…why not try for first??

#16

For sure, the Shenandoah Circuit isn’t the best track on the NASA Mid Atlantic schedule. However, I went last year and did enjoy the weekend. I probably won’t do it this year just because it’s a 6-hour tow for me.

If I lived within three hours, I would be there.

Yo

I am signed up, never been there, never seen it, but expecting fun…and it probably will not snow.

Umm… after the "incident" in my first comp school, I think the old axiom ‘slow and steady’ is the rule of the day until I get my full license.

Good luck with the school dan, I don’t think we’re gonna make it. It looks like a fun track I’ll have to get up there one day.
