For those interested my 318is went a 124.044 at RRR over the weekend. I had a better lap going in the time trial but out-braked myself and blew off track at T5, I don’t think more than .3-4 tenths were left. The car was on junk tires and had some understeer, I’ll be solving later on with simple adjustments. The car was light still but with instructors I could do 125 flat, the car would meet base weight with the passenger.

…still haven’t touched the motor…

That is an impressive lap time. I guess you know the best lap times at the SE30 race there in May was 1:24.15 Is your car SE30 legal?

It will be legal when I take the nawz off.

I was aware of the record lap times before I went. Obviously it’s not useful data but it reinforces the fact that these cars aren’t total turds like most think. It was also my first time on track at Roebling.
