Who is in? I am thinking of making this haul, complete with a full cooler of drinks, so you know the antics that will follow…
Will this be a 20+ field?

Damn…
I will miss RA in June as I will be out of town the whole week prior for work. I will also miss RA in August due to a buddy of mine getting married.
I will be at Charlotte July 2nd and VIR later that month with MA. You guys and girl have fun!!!
I am out for the June Jam but down wit da July Fry at lowes and the MA event at VIR. I got a appointment for a brazillian wax job that will take the whole weekend of the RA race…
Al
I will be there!! This will be my first SpecE30 race and my first race at RA. Look forward to meeting you guys and could maybe use a mentor for the weekend for anyone who wants to help out a newbie. ALLEN

Bring enough beer and you’ll have 20 mentors. If you turn out to be really fast, I’ll try out some new ideas on your engine.
OK Scott. But I don’t think Chuck wants you touching my motor. I do have one question. I guess this might not be the best place to ask it but if I don’t get the proper answer I will repost in its own discussion. When it comes to the numbers on the side of the car I have the big BMWCCA numbers with thier logo and everything on it. My question is does the BMWCCA stuff need to be covered up to conform to NASA rules? Also, do the care about the KP logos on it as well?

you’ll be fine on the these issues, lots of other cars have them too

Re. KP decals. Just be sure to have the required SE30 decals on front and rear windows.
+1 for what Jason said above on the rest.
I’ve heard that SCCA requires folks to cover up or remove NASA decals, but NASA doesn’t care about CCA decals, as long as you also have the required NASA and SE30 decals.
Actually, NASA is pretty thrilled if your race numbers didn’t come from a $2 roll of tape from Walmart (right Al?) so if it meets CCA appearance standards you’ll be a 10 with us!
Ok good deal. I talked to the guy today that is cutting all my other required name,se30 and what not and will be sending me a deisgn tonight for my apporval and then they will be cut the next day.
It is looking strongly like I will have my SE30 at Road Atlanta. If you have a SE30 that runs and you do not come, I will have no choice but to assume that you are afraid of me and my most radical whip. Sad excuses will not be accepted.

Natalie, I am not a traitor. I am afraid of you. I have to go to the SE where the competition is far softer than you, that way I have a prayer of winning.

Okay, you’re so full of crap I can smell it all the way from Palm Harbor. Fine, you play with the boys in the SE, I’ll be working on that track record at Sebring
Keep in mind that track record I set at Sebring was the first and only time I ever sat in a SE30, and it wasn’t even mine, so I was scared to drive it hard.
These cars will go a 1.40 at Sebring. Make it so!
