I haven’t raced since VIR in July and I miss it big-time. After 21 years of club racing, I still can’t wait to get on the track with you guys.

I’m trying to work a deal with two co-drivers for the December 8-hour. If not, two of us may do the 4-hour, and stay for the sprints Saturday and Sunday.

With Eric out it will be a new battle for the first position.

Seriously, had the timing been right for Eric, the earily prmotion of the “Biggest Field EVER” could have been heavily pushed. It was expected that Grace, Hunt, Gags, Hall, Herrington, Wilson and lots of others from MA could have been recruited to get us to the big number. Heck, just think of the SE guys tat we normally see (where is Damion) and you can see the potential of this field.

Such was not the case, it will be fun to watch some of the super fast guys at the Glen two weeks later.

There was some bad luck in the timing on the “biggest field ever” idea. We tried to get big fields at WG, VIR and RA, all within the same month. When the 2014 schedule comes out we should, early in the year, come up with a “big field” scheme for all 3.

I really like this idea of occasionally doing a more distant track, a track that I’ve not worn a path to for years now.

What about Mid-O? Should we sub that for WG next year as an official “big field” track?

Personally, I’m hot to do Sebring next year.

Really exited about Watkins Glen, still trying to make it happen. I’ve been to Sebring once, and it’s a magical place, but the track is not so hot! How about Road America, everybody that I talk to says that is the track to do!
I’m skipping Saturday, my son has a kart race, see you guys Friday!! Please take video for Saturday’s race, love to see it!!

We might be able to entice E30’s to Barber in Feb - if we get over 25 E30’s we’ll hold a drawing and give away a 2014 NASA-SE weekend…
