Rain Protection Open Trailer

#1

What is the best way to protect a car interior from the elements with no windows and an open trailer? Would you suggest a car cover or temporary, plexiglass windows? The temporary windows look troublesome.

Thanks in advance.

You can gut your door and still use your windows when you are towing the car. set the window in the track and use a screw to hold it up. When you get to the track just unscrew and lift the glass out. That is what I plan on doing when I gut the door to take it to the cage shop.

I would probably go to Home Depot, get some cheap plexiglass, and cut to fit using your old glass as a template. This way you don’t have to worry about breaking them and they’re lighter and easier to deal with.
