Starting the Putnam thread, I’ve signed up. Off the top of my head I think we will have the following
Simon Hunter
Michael Osborne
Cameron Bullard
Richard Brattan
Jeremy Lucas
Kevin Sweeney (driving 8 ball car)
Thats a pretty good field right there for Putnam. Anybody else coming?
I just signed up to make sure I get a spot. Sometimes this event gets pretty full. Simon, glad to hear you decided to come and play. I guess we need to have birthday festivities for Shanon or was that some other time?
I’m signed up; now for the smack talk… I fully intend to dominate each and every Spec E30 driver that has the courage to attend this event. Anthony’s already chickened out; something about visiting his Italian boyfriend… Simon, your track record is going down by at least 1.5 seconds!
If dominate you mean to average hitting one of us a day and ignoring all the flags My bet is that you will :woohoo:
First of all, I didn’t hit you, you hit me. Second, I may have missed one flag, but still managed to appropriately deal witht the EV. I don’t intend to hit, or be hit, but do plan to beat you to the finish line.

No offense taken Osbourne… A hole the size of Harley? Seriously? If you didn’t have that NACA duct blocking your mirror, you would have seen that a bus could have fit through there!
No NACA duck blocking the small round mirror inside the car I use. It is darn near impossible to stick on the inside of that turn when you turn in early like you did. Did you see the video of Cameron flying across the track trying something similar. We have all tried it in that turn and it just never works out. I’m sorry we had contact and do feel partly responsible. I hope that when I am on your end of the stick that whoever the other party is, we are able to work it out as amicability as you and I did. You getting DQed and suspended from the next race does not help our series at all.

I have no hard feelings whatsoever and do appreciate how you handled the incident. Fault was more on me than you, but I could have stuck the pass.
I didn’t really fly off. I just kind slid towards the outside. Too much speed, but car control skills are nice. You guys better hope it doesn’t rain:evil:

AFAIK Kyle is planning on it since he asked me about sharing a room. I’ll see him on Thursday.
Where are you guys staying. We are staying in Plainfield near the host hotel and close to food and supplies. Would love to have another Saturday dinner/get together this event.
