Parts for sale

#1

Hi All,
One of my customers Acme Foreign Auto Dismantlers does get in 325s. Right now they have 2 4 doors, rear plastic bumper, 2 rear spoilers, and probably more parts. They are located in Northern California. 1 (800) 400ACME
Call them when you need parts and maybe they can help you.
I let them know to make sure they keep 325 parts because there is a race series and people will probably be needing parts (body parts, transmissions, suspension, etc).

Hi Kevin,
Yes, I will be there 7-8 tech/racing. Just need to start dialing in the car now. Way to much push. I will start with tightening the rear sway bar.

It is amazing how different these cars can be even though they are basically the same. I have problems with oversteer, only understeers in the slow corners which I fix with a little lift or touch of the brake. I went the other way and disconnected my sway at Buttonwillow and the rear hangs in much better now.

My solution may not work well at Infineon though. It is interesting how much tire pressures, rear spring pad thickness, and individual driving style affect the handling tendencies of these cars. I think the E30 is a good platform for learning technique and technical set up.

I look forward to seeing you there. It should be a good show! No doubt there will be different strategies in use by each of the 5 contenders. I have installed a Pepsi and Popcorn dispenser in my car, it will be like a moving drive-in theator as I watch the double feature action movie “Winnanyone at Infineon” I hope to have a front row seat!:woohoo:
