I was curious as to the quick release steering hub you are using. Ive heard good things about it. How has it held up so far?

I have two. An expensive "netami"(~$70) and a knock off($25). They are exactly the same and even interchange. Using the cheap one in the race car. There are a ~9 ball design and don’t develop slop. Still happy, will buy more when the time comes. You need to disable the "street safety" required on the new ones (requires pushing a button before the collar will slide), but that only requires removing a small setscrew and the bits come right out. Looks like this one:
