Daniel’s Indy Lights Team (Bryan Herta Autosport) is a partner with the Alliance to Save Energy. This non-profit has a video contest currently underway designed to promote simple measures to save gas while driving (Drive Smarter Challenge). Currently there are only 5 entries! The deadline is Sept 20th. The first 80 entries get 25$ gas card and the first prize is $5K and second prize is an IndyCar or NASCAR VIP package. The Indy Car package includes a ride in the IndyCar 2-seater during an IRL race next year.
As the contest is seriously undersubscribed the chance to win is significantly increased. Knowing that many of you are handy with cameras and cars and could always use some extra cash for gas, tires, etc I thought I would pass this opportunity along.
