What all do you need to join and compete?

Print the rules. That should answer most of your questions. As for getting a racing license, you’ll need to read those bits from the NASA CCR which you can find at the main web site www.nasaproracing.com

Jeff, you didn’t give much background. Have you spent some time in Driver’s Education events?
