Oh - I’m planning on making the trek over for it. (Well, I should say I’m planning on paying someone to haul my car over and fly there to drive it! I’m still working out the logistics, but should be in…

Well so far the only Spec E30 entrants are from the MA region:

Chris Cobetto
Carlton Goldthwaite
Alonzo Taylor
Carter Hunt

That is unless Mr. Taylor is actually in the SE region

I just signed up. I’m not entirely 100% sure that I’ll be able to make it, since getting there is going to cause some logistical issues, but I’m definitely going to give it a shot.

I saw on the schedule that Spec E30 will be running with GTS, which means we can’t run in two different groups, as I’d considered. I’m very much looking forward to racing with some more spec cars!!!

Steve, you can get the car classed for PT using the TT classing system if you want another class to run in

Steve:

Do everything you can to make this event. We will have the best show of the week and you will love racing with so many other Spec E30 cars. We need 20 cars!

Also, I just signed-up at the Super 8 motel on Interstate Circle, just off I-71 at exit 169. I’m planning to discuss a Spec E30 group rate with the owner tomorrow. I’ll post here after I talk to him.

Brain,

Are you going to do this?

Saw the imax movie at the new National Air and Space Museum.

Looks like fun!!!

I want to trade for week…you can be the insurance agent…I’ll be the fighter pilot.

I just spent an hour in the F15 sim. 30 min. in the rear seat and 30 min. in the front. We had a Lt. Col. WSO pronounced "wizzo" (Weapons Systems Officer - I think) showing us the rear seat duties and a Captain showing us the pilot’s duties. Great fun!

And I’m sorry to hear that you can’t make our Championship races Brain. I hope all the other VA Beach area guys can make it.
