National Championship entries

Guys:

With only 5 or so days left, we only have eight Spec E30 cars on the entry list.

With fewer than ten, we’re not eligible for any Toyo contingency money.

Come on guys, get those entries in!

I’m planning to talk with H&R, Ireland, Bilstein, Suspension Techniques, Team Dynamics Wheels, etc. about some more contingency programs for the National Championship races but we really need some more entries to take to the potential contingency sponsors.

Quick question, are we running the course with or without the chicane?

Carter, as of this a.m. the NASA web does not show entries from last week. I signed up on 8/21, which gets us up to 9 entries.Looks like we just need one more racer. Regards, Robert

I wish I could, but I am afraid I do not qualify for the five events despite the fact that I would obviously win if I went (there you go Patton I started off the trash talking for you).

I do think that Dave herrington will be signing up if he has not already because this weekend marked his fifth adn sixth races respectively.

Well,
that is a direct pull from the registration database so Mr. Dais must have paid those nice folks in CA twice.
My eyes are still crossed because I am so tired still from this weekend.It is a lot of work putting on one of those dang race events…right Robert? B)

last I heard Steve Dais was not going to make it to Nationals.

I wish I could go, but money (lack thereof) and the fact that I’m still on the provisional license (can’t race with anyone other than Mid-Atlantic) means that I couldn’t rack up enough point races to qualify. :frowning:

I’m pretty sure Steve isn’t going to Nationals. He’ll be in NorCal racing with a few of us at Infineon.

Sorry guys - I had to back out. Two reasons - 1) I decided to use the $ to get lasik, and 2) weez gonna have us a spec e30 race out here next weekend. Plus we still haven’t figured out why my car won’t start. I guess that’s 3 reasons.

Hmmm - I wonder if they accidentally added me again (and charged me again) instead of refunding my entry fee… Guess I’d better send in an email.
