Nice!
Damion, glad to see that you’ll be able to join us. That is great news.
I spent the day at Road Atlanta with the BMWCCA group. But I don’t have too much to report as I would do 2 laps and have to pit due to fuel starvation problems. The track will be fast…if I could only put together a good lap to test the new grip. No real changes.
Regards. Robert Patton
Montana and other have told me there are some pretty good bumps and undualtions. I hear 10a and 10b are really nice now though.
Robert, Sorry to hear about your fuel starvation problems this weekend at Road Atlanta. You must have knocked something loose on the dyno a few days ago.
See ya in a few days!
Jeff
Looks like we’re gonna have a good turn out this weekend. 14 cars are signed up, anyone else out there considering? I didn’t see Robert P. on the list? Hope you get those starvation issues cleaned up.
Jon
Jon, the fuel starvation problem is fixed…I’ll drive the taxi. You see, the fuel problem is on a new car,heh.heh,heh.Is the latest entry lisy posted? I have to rely on e-mails from NASA SE to keep up with the entrants.
Regards, Robert Patton

Wow, the back up car… So does this mean Carlton and I still have to add the extra weight??
Yesterday I got an e-mail with a link from Julie P. I guess that’s the most up to date list?
Jon
Dear Darling Daughter,
Chicken? How close did you come to punting me off track as I was starving for fuel through turn 12? And you had the nerve to ask me why I checked-up and drove so slow…Come to think of it, maybe I did just drive slow to keep you guessing.
Anyway, I’ve got the HPDE record at the new Road Atlanta for the best and most excuses to be slow.
There, how’s that feel.
Your Most Admiring, Dad
Damion, Who is this new spec e30 guy that changed his entry from GTS3 to our class…D M White?
Whose car is David using?
This should be big fun.
Regards, Robert Patton
He will be in JP’s car. None of the BeerTech crew will be racing this time around RA but Dave is using JP’s car and Im coming down to check out the track and crew. Ive never been to RA before and want to get a look at it before the race later in the year. Anyone with a passenger seat care to give me a tour?
Sorry Robert… He drove my car last month in the enduro… Guess he is hooked!
Bad news for me… I cannot blame the car anymore… but even worse news for you this weekend!

I am excited about Dave coming to race with us this weekend. he’s been hooked on big horsepower too long. He’ll be a contender.
Where do you guys want to park? Down in the corner like August (where it says DYNO on the map)?

I wouldn’t count on it in my car. . . It still has the cat and 250K, and I was getting WALKED down the straights at VIR all weekend.
He did say he would woop up on DMoses even with a weak car!
JP
Don’t hit my car!
dang, the cat’s outta the bag! I knew i shouldn’t have asked Julie to switch my entry over so soon!
Looking forward to racing with you guys this weekend (and maybe some more weekends this year)!

you heard it here first! gotta love when you have people giving excuses for ya (saves me the trouble later)

JP, is this a race car or a street machine? Ditch the cat and muffler and you lose about 45 pounds and pick up about 4-5 hp. Don’t send Dave to a gun fight with a knife.
Just having fun.
It is going to be a fast crowd.
Pardon me now while I go to work on my excuses.
I look forward to meeting you at RA.
