Have people had success logging on to the new MYLAPS web site and seeing there results, mine show zero results???
MYLAPS
Hey Guys,
It was brought to NASA’s attention there may be some issues with the MyLaps site just this morning. Hang tight while NASA works (likely with MyLaps) to get all this resolved.

Mylaps is down for redesign…results need to be posted on the SE web site because no one knows when the site will be up. Check out thread on improvedtouring dot com.
I’m still waiting (several days now) for my account to be “upgraded” in order to view the new pages. Haven’t heard from their support yet. So far… not impressed.
I “upgraded” my account and I can log in, but the new site is sh*t. Nothing ‘My’ about it. I don’t see a way to view personal results, at least not one that has anything behind it. Guess it’s adios to all my race results since I started in 2006.
And, the race results that do appear (have to search for the organization, such as NASA-SE) don’t seem to have the ability to sort by class. Straight up finishing order is generally worthless.
Nice job people.
It’s really sad that they can’t reskin their website without so many problems. Voice your opinion on facebook. Tons of people are complaining. Complaints here will do no good.
They set up a surveymonkey site for feedback. This is taken from their FB page:
From their Facebook page:
Dear all,
We have received a lot of feedback on the new website. We are very sorry to hear that the update caused so much trouble, we never intended to make it more complicated. We take all feedback and complaints very seriously and work hard to resolve the problems. We will keep you updated on the developments and fixes.
Update:
- No results have been deleted, your history is still available once you have upgraded your account
- You can login to your upgraded account with your email address (your old account credentials do not work anymore)
- Your new password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter and a number
- I framing of results has been fixed
- Missing functionalities – like an overview of all practice locations and check results of others - will come back
Please fill out our online survey and leave your comments and suggestions: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YQLHS7B
Dear all,
Last week we have collected and carefully reviewed your feedback. We have decided to take the necessary steps in response to your concerns: we will remove the login for event results and add missing functionalities, restore most of the old practice functionality and make FLEX subscriptions available again via the web shop.
Please read the letter by our CEO for more info: http://www.mylaps.com/en/news
Does anyone know whether the MW races at ACC got posted to MyLAPs? I can’t find 'em anywhere. Also what is your “account” supposed to show besides your transponder number and subscription expiration? Monopolies suck unless you are one.
I still don’t see any of my results from the old web site or anything after my upgrade…is it just me or is everyone having this problem?
Even better, in trying to submit race results for HAWK contingency, I used the PDF provided by the region since I can’t find anyway to show results by class on the new Mylaps. HAWK sent the vendor a message back saying the results have to be from Mylaps!
I’ve got the region director on the case, hopefully it will be resolved (for contingency) tomorrow.
There’s a few of us working on some things to help alleviate the problem that MyLaps has become… stay tuned.
Contingency issue is resolved (Thanks NASA).
Mylaps support finally answered my support ticket from May 21. Saying results by class are now available… except they aren’t for any of results I can see…
Also the the only results that show up automatically in my “personal results” are from one weekend back in 2007, despite having 3 transponder numbers registered and 10 years of actual results in the system.
And the compare laps function is gone, as is the lap time graph, and… and…
Why again do these guys have a monopoly on amateur racing?
