Low mileage resealed engine for sale.

92k miles so at peak power. Complete top and bottom reseal. 92k miles. I’m in Savannah GA but if you are anywhere near the SE I should be able to get the engine to your part of the country. Otherwise, shipping isn’t all that expensive.

Your selling price for the engine will be enhanced by publishing the leak down numbers.

I have two relatively low mileage (less than 130k) engines sitting in the garage right now. Neither of which has good leak down numbers (>30%) from bad exhaust valves. So mileage isn’t necessarily a good indicator.

Is this the one from Jacksonville? Did you do anything to it once you got it from him?
Is this the one from Jacksonville? Did you do anything to it once you got it from him?
It is the one from JAX but I think the head is messed up. I’m either going to sell it as a bottom end, or have a head refreshed and sell it complete.

I’m accumulating too many bottom ends and heads. It’s silly too have 5 engines. Some need to go.

I am looking for an engine but it needs to be delivered to a shop by VIR. As long as the block is in good shape the rest is really not an issue.

I could ship the block to your shop. The cost would probably be around $150. Alternately, I’m planning on doing VIR in Jul so I could bring it, or there’s lots of folks at CMP in 2 weeks that are from that part of the country.

One of my spare heads went to the machine shop this morning with the intent that it would go on this block on it’s return. A 92k mi. autoblock is too nice a find to just sit in a bag in my garage. I could press the machine shop to get the head ready in time if you want a complete engine, but I wouldn’t be getting the head back in time to install it on to the block. Therefore the head would come along in it’s own box.

With the 5 series alternator and PS pump, I’d sell the block alone (w/ water pump) for $600. $800 if you want the head (w/ bent valve), intake manifold, tbody, 5series alternator and PS pump. The alternator and PS pump look to me to be compatible.
