I got word from Grassroots Motorsports Magazine that they are doing a profile on Spec E30. Scott Lear is calling tomorrow.
Another boost for Spec E30!

Thanks Dan. David Wallens tooks some photos at VIR in Feb and it sounds like they’ll use those.
I’ll pass on your offer though.

Carter, do you still have the disc of high-res shots from last year at Summit? If so, you’re welcome to provide those (or I can burn another copy). Otherwise, if you want the group shots from VIR, I can burn you a disc of the high-res. (If they use the group shot of the cars with drivers, Kevin Smith should get the photo credit.)
Update: Apparently, we’re the "Latest Rage in Racing" according to the teaser in the October issue of GRM.

Dan:
I’ll ask the GRM guys. Thanks for your support.
And I missed that teaser quote. I’ll go look for it right now.

If it makes you feel any better, my August copy of Footnotes, the Tarheel BMWCCA newsletter arrived today. I’m just glad that I wasn’t planning on doing any of ther August events, considering the only way to find out about them is the newsletter (the tarheel chapter website sucks).
