Is Alex driving Ryan’s 10/10 car, or is it a new one? I don’t see Steve K and Ryan yet, and there’s a Spec E30 collecting dust at Auto Analyst.

I haven’t signed up for Supersize but probably will soon.
I put in Alex Kang’s name assuming he would drive the 10/10ths car as he did last season…purely an assumption on my part. Ryan has yet to get his license as far as I know. Not sure about Steve K.

Welcome to the group Brad…looking forward to meeting you.

I’ll probably pass on the Supersize right now (been spending too much $$ on our home remodel :S Nice to see the schedule get changed to something less crazy mixing racing in with warm-up and qual sessions

Hey Everyone,

One more bit of good news for the 2009 season. Evil Genius Racing will be hosting the “Hard-Charger” award for each race weekend for the 2009 season. A crisp $100 bill (I’d take a soggy one too) will be awarded to the SpecE30 racer deemed the “Hard Charger” for the weekend. Following the last race of the weekend, John Pagel (The Evil Genius), myself and the Race Chair will confer and select the Hard Charger for the weekend. Selection will be based on a variety of things for example: lap time improvement over the weekend, starting and finishing position differential, or even overcoming mechanical adversity. To be eligible for a Hard Charger award you will need to run two Evil Genius Racing stickers on your car, left and right side. John will bring black-lettered and white-lettered vinyl stickers to the track and give them to me to distribute.

We’re still furiously working on our build and aren’t going to make it that weekend :(. We should be out for the March event, while, not racing I’ll be working on getting my provisional race license :). Good luck everybody and have fun!

Got room for 1 more car? :woohoo: There is a wild chance we will run something.

I am all about overcoming adversity! I volunteer to start last! Soggy or crispy, benjamin is benjamin!

Glass half full half empty, 30% chance = 70% no showers and how cold it’s been I think studded tires will be more useful. According to the weather Gods, no measurable rain till 9pm Saturday and only lasting about an hour and then again not till 7pm on Sunday lasting through Monday morning. Cloudy and cool might mean damp, with the dewpoint around 40 deg. and the cloud cover we might be in for some fog.

It will be a beautiful day filled with sun and puffy clouds racing buy, half full!

Don’t forget your EZ-Up and rain coat!

Anyone at the track on Friday for testing?

Bennett is the new official weather man for Nor-Cal SE30…

Rain God news, the glass is not half full it’s completely full of rain. The breaks in the rain that were there Saturday and Sunday are now gone. Saturday might be the better day but stilled filled with showers. 3-5 inches of rain Fri. through Sun. O’ya winds up to 50kt Sat night and Sun, tie down those EZ-Ups

#32

Everyone break out the rain tires, cause it is going to be a wet weekend!
At least we had some rain practice from last November. Anyone going on Friday? It’s supposed to rain also, maybe a good day to practice driving in the rain. I am dropping my car off around 3:00 to 4:00.
