Glad you’re going to make it B - I am in too.
Who is also running PT? I am not sure, but might.
I’ll be there.
I’m waiting to see a schedule to make a final call on running in PT, but I’ll likely supersize.
I’ll be there too.
I am also waiting to see the schedule.
I am going to supersize and run PT as soon as the schedule comes out.
I can’t wait to start the new season and I am looking forward to racing with everyone from last season and all of the new guy’s.

We pushed pretty hard to try to make the Feb dates but we had a few schedule slippages with my build so we’re not going to be able to be on track . We will for sure make the March dates.
I really wish I could be out on track!
And that puts you Elliott, number three on “your team” or the last man on the totem pole. Looking forward to racing with you in your bottom one third of your race car team.
Scott C
Wow, Elliott is really going to take a break from the kegs and coeds to come show us the tricks he learned at the 25Hr?
Schedule is up at http://www.nasanorcal.com/events2009/feb/Feb_14-15_2008.pdf
We’ve moved on up to Group E, but there’s some crazy stuff in there. Day 1 if you supersize you get to bail out early on GrpE qual for the GrpA race. Not too bad… but Day 2 features a warm up that has a GrpB Race running while everyone else is warming up? wtf?!
I supersized and can’t wait to for the 14th. The schedule shows the group B race is during group A Qual. Kinda odd. Probably a typo. Paging Scott N, can you check on that?
Scott C
I need to think on the supersize. It was hard enough on me to race with Hondas, so racing with CMC/AI/FFR, plus the schedule is a little tight. I might also try TT though just for some track time.
Elliott’s deleted his rant, musta sobered up…
Hey AJ,
It’s good practice running with that big American Iron, isn’t it? For less than $165.00, I’ll take my chances in group A for the dough. Yeah and I see that Elliott deleted it. I just couldn’t resist with the reply. I was and I still am sober and as always not serious, so, Elliott do not take offense to my comments.

It’s apparently real Scott…I checked with Jerry K this morning and Group B will have a race during morning warm-up on Sunday and a race during Group A Qualifying. I asked how NASA will manage the two groups and they will do it using split starts. This is a new one to me too as I haven’t seen NASA NorCal do this before.
BTM Motorwerks SE30 will be there on the 14th/15th. we tested or new car at Oakland Solo II event today. The car worked great. We have a couple more safty items to finish, some graphics and were good. Andy Chittum will be driving it untill I get my license completed.
I have a BMW, Porsche, Audi shop in Campbell, So if anyone is in the Southbay come on by to check it out.
See you at the track
Brad
I’ll be there with my new Pointsix car! Should finish up the last few items this week and then paint and vinyl next week!
Between Jon and myself we will be doing se30 and PT both days!
Looking forward to seeing you all and having a great 2009 season!!!

My friend Ryan G has a car built and will be licensing and ready to race…So maybe 18 on Sunday?
How about a list of people who supersize, I am still deciding…
Is Alex driving Ryan’s 10/10 car, or is it a new one? I don’t see Steve K and Ryan yet, and there’s a Spec E30 collecting dust at Auto Analyst.
I haven’t signed up for Supersize but probably will soon.
Supersize/PTE:
Anyone else?
In the latest iteration of the schedule they’ve removed the crazy practice session and group b race.
I’m in for the SS. I think Will said he was going to also.
When we start in Group E it will be a split start with the Miatas, and I think we are standing start. When we run PTE with the Miatas we’re starting together, and I think it might be flying start. Should be a blast and a fun change to do something different - keep your video rolling! :silly:
