OK, I got it. I fixed it.
First, my 87 has the button like the second pic, my 91 had it in the center console.
When I removed everything the windows didn’t work either, my mechanic told me she had the solution, so she fixed. I don’t have her as a mechanic anymore, so I had to figure it out by myself.
The two green cables that connect to the window switch got "bridged" with a plastic connector. When I installed the cool shirt pump I cut that connection to use the power from one of the green cables. Last night I reversed everything, and found the plastic connector and put it back connecting both green cables again, and voila windows worked. That connection replaces the window switch braker or whatever is called.
I’m getting good at electrical connections again, now I have to make the temp gauge work again, I screwed up another cable for sure.

Get the power for your cool shirt pump from
either of the wires that plug into the rear window for the rear window defroster. By default you get the rear window defrost switch on the dash to turn the pump on and off with.

I wish I have any switches, none left. I already got a toggle switch for the pump. Thank you for the idea.
