Great letter Brain

Your letter that was published in GRM was a well written testimonial to the Spec E30 world.

I’ll second that: great advocacy for SpecE30.

But, then I turn to the back pages… and no mention of SpecE30 while the 944 crowd gets lots of love. (What’s the deal, NASA leadership? And while you’re scratching your head, why is SpecE30 entirely omitted from the NASA websites?)

Dan,

Not to worry…Carter has the contact info for the right folks at GRM. Hopefully we should see some Spec E30 "love" soon.

As for the NASA website links…I can’t speak to that, but maybe Sean Thompson or Chris Cobetto can "hook us up" and get a good web-link/Spec E30 Logo, set up on the NASA National and Mid Atlantic region websites?

p.s. Thank goodness for the forum…it’s helping the "off season" go by much quicker:)

I have to take most of the responsibility for a lack of Spec E30 coverage in the Speed News section of GRM. That will improve.

I have mentioned adding some Spec E30 info on the NASA National website but evidently, it hasn’t gotten through.

I’ll get back on this.

Thanks for the reminder.

Carter

Duly noted and sent to Cobetto… I have no pull in this area But will send to James Packer, the Mid-Atlantic webmaster.

Carter’s write ups have been excellent. I would hope GRM would put them in.

Here is the answer…
But seriously folks…I’d be happy to pimp out the Spec E30 guys some more. On a serious note, I really respect all the Spec E30 drivers. They are all class acts and put on a great, safe, fun show on the track.
And I like that they all seem to "get" the importance of transponders. Again, not to favor any one class, but I certainly do like the Spec E30s.

Let me see what I can do…being the webmaster and all…

James

Sean,

I was wondering if you could give us and update and let the Spec E30 group know where we are with regards to getting a the Spec E30’s listed as a "race series" on the NASA national website along with a little bling on the Mid Atlantic web site?

Thanks
