Final Count for Nationals?

What’s the final count? Does anyone have a spreadsheet on what contingencies were eligible for? I just got back from a 4 week vacation and am trying catch up!!

Ouch - we’re missing out on literally thousands of dollars by not having a 10th car there. Any ideas on how to get a 10th person there?

Salazar has 3 cars free if someone wants to rent one.
Alex and Stephen are short of the 5 required races, maybe an exeption can be made (I don’t know if they can even make it).

Seems like an awful waste!!

May be a moot point if 10 haven’t signed up, but there appears to be a glaring omission in the Toyo Tires contingency …

A bunch of the GTS Challenge contingency providers might be able to be convinced to extend to Spec E30 next year …

Vic I will show if you pay my entry fee, hotel bill and gas for the truck:woohoo:
Deal?

So it looks like we’re passing up $4560 ($5560 if the Toyo money is there). Maybe an "appearance fee" for a 10th driver is not such a bad idea.

Who has the required number of races but isn’t going to be there?

Originally, I thought we would have at least 15 cars but with so little turnout for the nationals, I didn’t have the heart to approach anyone for contingency prizes. "How many cars do you have?" would be the first thing out of their mouths I’m sure.

We’ve had as many as 14 cars for a regional race weekend so what’s the problem? I know that Spec E30 attracts racers with limited budgets so I’m guessing that the cost is a factor, as is the long tow for most of us.
