Don't forget about Toyobucks

#1

Strong finishes at the Beast of the East at VIR in October and the Santa’s Run 8-Hour at Road Atlanta helped significantly with my tire bill to start this season.

The Toyo program is generous so don’t forget to submit your finishes that are eligible for Toyobucks.

There was a payout for the Beast of the East race?! Nuts…I didn’t realize!!! Probably too late now :frowning:

Along those lines, let’s see more Spec E30s at the next enduro - it was a BLAST! And James and I proved that our little 80’s bricks can take the top step of the podium

I just spent the better part of my day getting all the paper work filled out, website form filled out. Finding the results. Then scanning the results. Figuring out the scanner. Then trying to remember the toyo url, then my username/password. Then what to do. Then how to find the file on my computer to upload. All and all, 5hrs isn’t too bad to submit for some toyobux. Waaaaay better than just mailing them in a simple envelope :silly:

For the results: You can download the PDF of the race results. They are at http://timingscoring.drivenasa.com. Then you can upload them. No need to scan.

For the signed NASA form: I print out a signed copy from Andrew, fill it out, take a picture with my camera then upload the picture.

I will keep that in mind in the upcoming races. Congrats on your podium finish in Saturdays race and taking your car home in one piece.

It is too late for last years’ races but send them in for this year for sure.

These really are great enduro cars. Congrats on the strong finish.

Old thread revival.

Who is the “Technical Official” that was supposed to verify my use of Toyos and correct decal placement. I think I totally screwed up and have missed out on Toyo bucks for both this past weekend and the July VIR race. I just assumed 5th out of 6 in July wasn’t going to get me anything. A friend informed me 11th out of 20 this weekend would get me something. I attempted to fill out the form tonight when I noticed the verification part.

Your regional SpecE30 director can give you the form. In your case Andrew Zimmerman. You have 30 days to file and it takes some trial and error to figure out how the Toyo paperwork filing website works. In order to file the forms you will need to scan them. Each race gets it’s own “verify” form and it’s own race results page. Therefore 2 uploads per race.

you can also take a picture of the form and upload if you don’t have a scanner.
