Carter, Sean, anyone - What is the rule on cracked windshields? Our car picked up a rock at VIR resulting in a 1/2 inch chip/crack. I couldn’t find anything in the CCR/SpecE30 regs on this.
Thanks,
Ed

Thanks,
Ed[/quote] I will get the "official"word from tech but last weekend at Summit, during the tow, one of the rental helmets fell off the shelf in Cobetto’s trailer and busted the windshield. We just taped it up with clear tape for the weekend.

I have seen DIY crack repair stuff in wal-mart of all places that fills the crack so it should not spread.
