I just spoke to Tom Carr and he’s made some changes and one of them is he’s doing a new online system in the next few days. Call him (I just spoke to him) with whatever you need and I’m sure it will be handled!

They are still open. Tom is still there and has been a great help with some issues as I try to get my car together and running.

Some of the younger guys left, Carmine to start his own shop in Kernersville and Brian moved to Virginia to work for Bimmerworld. I think they did most of the online stuff, but I expect Tom still has inventory of the performance parts in stock.

I tried to order from Carr Industries the other day. The first time I called Tom Carr answered and said his computers were down and he couldn’t take any orders – he asked me to call back the next day. I was kinda in a hurry, but I decided to give the guy a chance. I called back the next day and Tom answered, but said he was helping another customer. He took my name and number and promised he’d call right back. Five hours later he still had not called back, so I placed my order with Bimmerworld.
