Bullet hole in my roof

#1

Sheetrock ceiling in one of our upstairs rooms started showing water damage last week. I went up in the attic and could see daylight thru a hole in the roof. Today I borrowed a big-ass ladder and got up on the roof to see what the problem was.

I’ll be damned if there isn’t a bullet hole in my roof. What kinda $hit is that?

And no, it was not me the shot a hole in our roof.

maybe somebody did a flyby shooting

#3

Probably a small meteorite

Is it new? Was it an exit or entrance wound? All sorts of morons out there shooting “straight up”, that lead has to come down somewhere.

#5

Probably somebody shooting their mouth off again

I’d figure it’s fairly new or we’d a noticed the ceiling damage earlier. It’s an entrance wound. If it was an exit wound, I’d know about it. No one discharges weapons in our house without checking with me first.

And when I come to stay at your house, I’ll check with you before test firing any firearms. It’s only common courtesy.

I vote for meteorite.

Seriously? Is anyone really surprised that its Gress that has a bullethole in his roof? I mean c’mon, you know it was some sort of experiment about ventilation or heat extraction increasing attic efficiency, something along those lines.

So whats the verdict? Do we all need bullet holes or not? :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m giving Stew the benefit of the doubt here. If you live in Savannah and don’t have a bullet hole in your roof you’re probably in the minority. Chances are he just didn’t notice until now.

I think it was the Flalg man from Roebling getting even.

I’ll be at Roebling weekend after next. I’ll have to remember to take a print of the screenshot of my 100mph, oh I’m sorry, 9mph fly-by. It might be handy if they bring the incident up and start being mean to me.
