I am 99.99% sure they are the same.

A Convertible’s fenders are NOT the same.

There are a couple of variables for front bumpers. M series and convertibles may not be the same.
Which BMW 318? 325? year? are you driving and I can answer that question for you.

From what I remember the lower portion of a ‘Vert’ fender is different and the body lines and holes do not match up. “vert” fenders will generally sell at a higher price because they are unique and hard to find.
