Though I am unlicensed and still working my way up the HPDE "ladder", I thought I’d see who is planning on being at Mid-Ohio April 20-22, and maybe get a chance to meet a few of you.
I’ll be there Friday for sure running HPDE, and may end up doing all three days.

Well, it’s my goal for this Mid-Ohio session to be the premier of my specE30 project car if I can get it done by then. My plans are to attend the comp driving school that weekend, so hopefully I’ll see ya there. Getting the car done by then is debatable though. We’ll see.

Right now I plann on going. I hope to have the SpecE30 done and race it. If not I will be racing my GTS1 car.
If the SpecE30 is done it will not be pretty, just functional. Cage is done except for some minor welding touch ups. Suspention is done and needs aligned. Engine is in but not fired up yet. Now all the minor stuff like mounting harnesses, door panels, install dash, etc.

Unfortunately I can’t be there for the first OH/IN event of the year. I will support the Spec E30 racers who attend in any way I can.

I hope to be there. This is the planned debut of my car as well. Waiting on my comp license to sign up. Car is going off for paint next week and then the main things will be the suspension, seats, guages etc.
Simon I figured you were further along with your build than that. I guess you don’t work as fast as you drive;)
