Has anybody else had bad service from Flying Brick? On Monday morning I purchased a set of IE alum upper shock mounts from FB, paid for them instantly using paypal. Waited for a response. On wednesday called and left a messege. Website said order was still processing. Left a messege on Thursday, and another one on Friday. No respose, called their number 30 times this week, voicemail every time!! I’m new to the E30 community. Did I pick the wrong company? Anybody have any other contact info. This is not how I run my business, and wouldn’t think someone else would run theirs.

RANT OFF!! Thanks
Anyone had poor service from Flying Brick??
I also had nothing but problems with Flying Brick. Very poor customer service, with no resolution to the problem. Will never order anything from them again. Good luck

I didn’t have any problems ordering a few things from there in the past but haven’t had any recent dealings. The owner’s name is Daniel Teague and he goes by modifiede30 on r3vlimited.com
Good luck.

I had the opposite experience, but it’s been a couple years since I ordered from them. I used FB to avoid IE’s legendary terrible service. It’s a small company, I wonder if maybe they took a week off without bothering to change the voice mail? Let us know how this pans out as I’ve been recommending them quite a bit based on my good experiences.
I got the parts and an email yesterday. Dan was out last week, and they were shipped from IE. All good!
Poor communication can ruin a business in the days of the internet. People who are operating that kind of business need to get it hooked up to their Blackberry/smartphone, or have someone handling it when they decide to take a week off. Or at least change the message on the machine, autoreply email, something.
