Any SE30's going to CMP Nov. 6?

#1

The area Nissan ‘Z’ club has rented out CMP for Monday, Nov. 6th. I was going to see if any racers were attending so I can meet some of you guys.

If you havn’t heard about it–there are 4 days left for registration. $150-200 fee for 6 hours of available tracktime. Might be good for tuning your setup before Winter. B)

Edit: There are only 4-6 spots left; they cap the entry list at 40.

I’ve been considering this trackday. My big problem is that its on a Monday. I guess work can wait till Tuesday. I think I’ll go ahead and sign up in before its too late.

Anyone else want to come play?

I registered for this track day and we need some more cars there. It looks like the cost will be $150 to $175 for a full day of unlimited track time at CMP. I’ll be driving down Sunday night and staying in Camden. I tried the Executive Inn and learned my lesson.

Any of you NC guys want to join us? Carter, Carlton, Dan, Al,… Come on and sign up. There should be a lot of E30’s there.

Work can wait until Tuesday, I hope. Here is a link to register:

I’ll be there. I’m planning to bring the (non-SE30) 318i, although I might have my 325i donor car before then, so who knows.

There are more spots available for the trackday, and they’ve extended registration to midnight on Friday.

Mike–I’ve seen some of your CMP videos on Video Google; I’m surprised how quickly it gets around the track! Do you stay flat through the kink?

Watch your tires at CMP…the track is pretty rough on 'em

The weather will likely be chilly, so that might not be as big a problem as usual.
