These are easy and meant to eliminate any BS protests for the championship events. They will become part of the changes for the 2016 season rules, but for now am making them official for the Champ events.
This first one, easy. you can take out the headlight bulbs. You cant leave the holes open, you’ve got to put something in there. Piece of sheet metal, carbon fiber, ect. Easy peasy.
9.3.13.3.3. Headlight bulbs may be removed. The headlight bucket assembly, including the trim ring, must remain. A non-permeable and non-perforated solid blank must fill in the hole to replicate a headlight.
The second one is also easy peasy. You can remove the wiper arms from the car.
9.3.13.3.4. Windshield wiper arms may be removed.
