the latest updates to the rules aren’t out yet. I suspect it will be another couple of weeks.

Yay! 50 lb drop. My rear shock tower brace is legal! And my steering column is too. Free ballast. Bumper swaps. I am in hog heaven.

I think the ‘change’ to 13 pound wheels omitted the requested change to ‘13.0’.

where does it say “free”? I see " substituted" (and that part isn’t new), which has a specific definition earlier in the doc
