WTB - Your old 14" R-Comps

Posted in classifieds as well. I would like to buy 4 old RA-1’s or R888’s for my bottlecaps. Not racing yet - just DE’s for now. Any useable condition is fine. Will consider other brand R-Comps as well if you want to get rid of them. I will travel an hour or so outside of Richmond VA to pickup.

I have 4 old RA-1’s. I can’t really tell you how many track sessions they have, but I have attached pictures. They do have some tread left, and I was running quite strong when I did my last HPDE. The only catch is that they are 15" tires. Your bottlecaps are 14", but it may be worth it to upgrade. I’m asking $55 each for the tires.

I have a set of 4 225/50/14 Kumho Ecsta V700’s, mounted on Borbet something-or-others. Hub-centric rings included. Tires were run in a few BMWCCA rain races, so they show almost no wear. The combo is rather heavy, but they have lots of grip and life.

$200 for the set, plus shipping.
