WTB: E30 Rollbar

Hey all, new member here on the forums. I figured this might be a good place to get some great info on E30 and I was right.

Anyways I am looking to pick up a rollbar for my coupe, figured that someone may have something available from swapping over from track day car to spec car.

I am located near Raleigh, NC

I had however the buyer has decided to sell the car outright as it is, thus the rollbar is no longer for sale

Have you checked in to getting a new one?

Used bars are going to be hard to come by. The resale value on them is great.

Are you looking for a weld in bar, or a bolt in. I had a 4 point roll bar welded into my car to get me through DE’s with the thought that I could just build off of it when it came time to do the whole cage. This might be the best option for you just make sure you remove the sunroof cassette beforehand. Ask me how I know

yeah that is the plan if I cant find a used one in the somewhat near future. I’ll probably go with a kirk as well, had one in my MR2 and it seemed like a quality piece.
