Let’s get a thread started. Who is coming? And what kind of weather might be expected?
Who is running South Carolina in February?
Well, I’m pretty sure most of the usual suspects will be there.
On the weather - it’s a crap shoot. Last year it snowed, year before it was actually quite nice.
I cant wait! I hope my car holds up better than CMP in November. The list so far is posted at nasa-se website.
Scott,
I will be there, but after reading 10 pages of poopie board, I will bring some invitations with me. In case I miss you at the tea party, here’s yours…
Hee hee hee. 2011 is gonna be fun. See y’all there.
I hope there is snow again. Paddock donuts in the turbo are fun.
Walsh, I love it! You figured out how to fix the whole contact problem. Hip Hip Hooray for you!!!
Probably won’t make CMP as my new Mega garage that I am building will just be finishing up but I should be back in the game come March!
I am registered…in GTS1 with the eta powered car…still up in the air as to what I will bring.
Also planning to do the MA race at VIR the next weekend, would make sense to run spec e30 at CMP and GTS1 at VIR…hmmm, might have to get some tires.

For those who are going or thinking of going to CMP, a few helpful tips from Julie your Cruise Director:
Event Registration Fee: Remember that the event registration fees increase 10 days prior to the event which is Tues-so they may want to get registered now.
Annual Tech: Any annual techs done at the track will be charged $40- pass the word to get your tech inspections done prior to arriving to the track. Also make sure to renew your competition licenses online, the fee is $85.
You guys all have fun there and play nice!
$40 for a tech inspection at the track? That’s egregious!!! I guess it’s cheaper than loading up the trailer and driving 150 miles (one way) and wasting a hole day… Everybody make sure and tech at CMP so I don’t have to wait in line at RA!
