What type of Engine Coolant?

I’ve been searching for some info on what to use for engine coolant.

I’ve read somewhere that water is bad for these engines, maybe use distilled water. Is there any type of additive that is helpful in raising the freezing point (mine is a stree/track car)?

Great question.

Unfortunately, distilled water, a rust inhibitor and water wetter seem to be the only option.

There’s these glycol free Evans product, but it just looks to be more expensive, and a lot less convenient to drain.
