So with the canceling of AMP im signing up for VIR. I know the Palacios are planing on going, so who else from the Southeast is up for it?
What to do in Oct?
I’m planning on it (even though I don’t really count any more). I hope to find some flat ground for the tent over towards Hogpen. I’ll be seeing which old tires I have might last the weekend.
Leaves changing, beautiful track, cooler weather in the tent. Almost makes up for the 5+ hour longer tow than AMP.
I saw Zawrotny this morning and tried to cajole him into coming.

I’m crunching the budget numbers and calendar this weekend…might be able to make this happen.
To add sweetness to the pot - it is a Double Points race for the SE… They are having their standard race format on saturday and it is their final race of the season. They have a fun race on sunday like we do at the Santa’s Toy Run. It is Double Points for them and it will count as double points for any SE driver. So if you are looking to skyrocket in the 2012 NASA-SE season points - here’s your chance…
Saturday is double points and Sunday is zero points for MidAtlantic racers. Are you saying that each race of the weekend counts as a double points race for SE racers?
I guess I shouldn’t have told Nash about the schedule change.
Well, my wife had the nerve to go and get pregnant. So I’ll be having a baby on or around 10/12. But I hope to see you all at CMP in november.
I think NASA-SE should make the Toyo RR legal effective immediately so that I don’t have buy new RA1s.
That’s awesome Evan, bet you guys can’t wait!
If you and Tower sign up for Road Atl in Dec (no, Chumpcar doesn’t count), TPR will sign up for CMP in Nov.

Oh boy, a chance to tell all my “trials and tribulations of fatherhood” stories!
