This happened at 2 am this morning. The girl was on her cell phone.
The speed limit was 25MPH, not sure how fast she was going.
Surprisingly, Just a hole in the bumper of the truck and on the trailer, the wheel,fender, and hitch.

I am always against litigation…but am tired of dangerous jackasses talking and texting while driving…I am on the way back from FLA in my Alfa right now and have had 3 close calls today…
She needs to be taught a lesson, lucky she didnt hit a car load of kids, etc.

The car was a Mazda 3. now it is a Mazda 2.75. The tow truck guy flipped the car back on 4 wheels then drove it on to the flatbed.
The hard part is, the trailer is not even mine, it is another Soon to be Spec E30 racer. He just let me borrow it for the season. The Trailer was too small for our cars anyway, so we are hoping they just total the trailer.
I am still not sure if am happy or sad the race car was not on the trailer.
