What does this mean?

9.3.8.2. Use of eccentric/offset bushings at the control arm pivot points or at the strut-tobearing-
carrier joint is permitted.

Above is a quote from the rules under suspension. I am pretty sure that the offset bushings refered to is in the lollipop. What I don’t know is where is the "strut-to bearing- carrier joint? I only assume this is at the top of the strut where the camber plate goes?? What is it? Is this another way of saying camber plate?

I think it means in the rear you can use eccentric bushing for the rear trailing arms.
