Ferodo DS 3000 front and rear,
and for endurance Carbone lorraine front and standard ( textar) rear.
S0ome here use the Hawk too and also Pagid is beiing used. All with standard discs( others not allowed)

The e30 has a stock bias valve under the brake booster. I have used the same pads front and rear without problem, but I like 4 wheel brakes. The best brakes I have found are the Mintex 1166 compound all four corners, but if you want a little less rear, go with 1155 on the rear. Chuck
