Only 4 Spec E30’s signed up so far

Are we swapping ECUs and holding meetings all day? The last event left a sour taste with a lot of folks.

OH OH, did I make a bad move? Been doing HPDE’s with NASA-SE the last year and a half and now ready for Comp School. Not anything to work with in SE so doing it at VIR the end of March.

Is the SpecE30 community in Mid Atl having issues???

Yep, doing Comp school in my prep’ed Spec E30. Have you done much in your E30? HPDE’s? Time Trials?

There were some growing pains at the last event, nothing too major.

The MA comp. school is top notch, nothing to worry about Jeff. Hell all three BTR drivers were graduates and we only balled up two out of three cars… :stuck_out_tongue: B)

Did anyone ask what the flags meant? That is my favorite part of all our racer meetings.

Hi, all. I drive a PTE SE-R at NASA-MA events. I watched your race at VIR this past Feb and was very impressed with the driving throughout the field. If any Spec E30 drivers need additional race time during the weekend, you might be interested to know that your cars fit right into PTE.

PTE runs in Stinger so you could register for Autobahn and still make the other race group. You could sign for two race groups and do the “iron man” thing or if you register as a “team” then the other driver can get some extra race time. We’d love to have you.

We typically have 5-10 entrants in Mid-Atlantic’s PTE and we are expecting 7-9 for the march event. Fyi, in 2007 we had zero reportable contact events between PTE cars.

Regardless, I’ll see you guys in March.
Shiny side up!
