I need a set of stock springs for my daughter’s '90 325i. If anyone has a set that’s in the way, bring them to VIR and I’ll pay what’s reasonable. Her car has the Spec E30 springs and dampers (it was a DE car for a few schools) so they’ll be for sale very soon.

pretty sure i have a pair of front strut assemblies w/ oem shocks and springs in the garage, you’re weclome to swing by and grab the springs.
See you next week.
Thanks!

Perfect.
'See you Saturday.

Here are my videos of this weekend at VIR. Sunday’s is probably a bit more interesting, but both are worth while watching to see Mike Skeen (red #211) do his magic.

That is some excellent driving and clean hard racing by everyone.
Are the SE36s that big a handful? I didn’t see any of them doing very well.
Awesome time racing with MA guys, I look forward to coming back in March. Lesson learned: full treads don’t do so well without rain. Congrats to Skeen for sweeping the weekend.
Fun weekend at the track with guys coming up from the SE and Mike jumping back in an E30. Saturday’s race wasn’t very eventful, most of the front runners ended up racing out of class cars more than E30s.
…Sunday’s race was fun, Skeen and I both clicked off a few 2:17.7’s.
Here are a few laps from Sunday’s race: http://youtu.be/B--y3sfKyJ8
Here’s my contribution:
Had a great time getting out there with you guys again. SE30 FTW!
One word for this blunder: Goober.
How was the mid-pack racing?
Congratulations to Skeen for the two wins.

Here is the good part of Saturday’s race and the majority of Sunday’s race…

That might come off a little harsh.
Sounds like good strategy for a guy who can rip it in the wet. If conditions looked like it might rain, I’d have done the same (and woulda done a hell of a rain dance on grid).

What’s the scoop on the Sunday DQ?

Vic!
Long story short, I accidentally tapped the red 911 that was racing Mike and I for the SE30 lead and he spun. I was attempting to get a run through the lower esses hoping that I could get by him before the uphill esses…it didn’t work. I thought he cracked the throttle or something becuase I didn’t anticipate being on him that quick - but either way, it was my fault.
Bummer!!! I can sympathize
I still can’t believe you guys busted out 2:17.7’s at VIR. That’s AWESOME!

TPR plans to go back in March and I know Levine and Tower also plan to attend. Let’s get more Goobers from the SE to join us!
