Video of working front suspension

#1

Shot from underneath my left front wheel well. I was surprised to see so much tire distortion. It looks as if it could pull off the bead sometimes.

So running super low air pressure just enough to keep the bead seated is your key then eh.

cool video

Wish my street car wheel-wells looked that clean!

#5

Spooky stuff.

I did that at Barber with a front and then a rear wheel. Scared me to point that I wished I never knew what the tires were doing.

#6

It does look flat but the hot pressure is actually 38.

Neat video. It helps explain why you sometimes find scrub marks well onto the sidewall. Would be interesting to compare with a video of a 14" tire. I’m sure that would look even spookier.

Is the entire underside of the car that clean? Impressive!

#8

You actually can see the “groove of doom” starting to appear on the tire…

I’m glad you guys had a chance to look at the video. Since most all of our tires are now coming from you, I’m particularly interested in your comments (tell me how to go faster) . Groove of doom?

PS Thanks for the great service!!
