Here’s in-car video of my Sunday SE30 “race” - it lasted about 10 seconds. The pole-sitting GTS car didn’t make it to pre-grid and wound up behind our standing start… He was apparently on probation for earlier on-track conduct and landed a one-year suspension for this bit of driving. It shattered our wheel and destroyed the left-front suspension (among other things).

Jim,
I felt so bad for you. Everytime I came around and saw you I thought about you sitting in the pits the day before waiting your turn. What a terrible deal. Especially after the BMW CR guys were worried about us (Spec E30) and it was one of their guys who just rammed you!
Hope you can be ready for T-Hill. Outside of blowing up on the start, that is about as short as it gets!

That was a big bummer for you. But you beat my record for the shortest race ever by a whopping 7 seconds…
Looks like we like to use the same swear words !

All I can say is WOW, then a “REALLY?” LOL. Nothing worse than all the effort to get to grid only to be blindsided by someone. Let us know if there anything we can do to help. Look forward to seeing you at THill!
