Update on my car

#1

Dropped the car off this morning to get all of the suspension parts, brakes, bushings, crank scraper, etc installed. Damion found a guy who is doing it for a price that just doesn’t make it worth my while doing it myself. I’m going to go help out on Friday and Saturday to get experience with the suspension.

I’m sending it straight to the cage builder the week after that. He hopefully will have it ready by February for CCP, but if not, I’ll figure out something. Looks like an interior stripping party is scheduled for Christmas Eve:P

I’m going to need some sort of seat to put in the passenger side to do HPDE’s. Does anyone have a used seat lying around? I hate to invest in a new one.

I’m sure you’ll make it. I am looking at a car that still has a full interior and no suspension even planned until late January. Then there’s paint, setup, etc. And I can promise I’ll see you at CMP :stuck_out_tongue:

Which reminds me, anyone want to buy a Spec E30? I’ll have one for sale in a little over a month. The sooner I sell it, the sooner I can start building the next one.

Here are some more pictures. Got the dash back in so it’s starting to look drivable again. I had to put off the cage until later in the season. I’m going to get the first two HPDE’s out of the way and then get it built. It will be back with the stock seats until then.

Who’s doing your cage? I could put one in your car for $1500. Just throwing that out there in case it saves you some money.

FYI I just got 6 boxes of suspension parts in the mail ready to get installed. B)
