Tow hooks for early E30

Hello all,
Can someone chime in on the best tow hook setup for the early big bumper E30’s without the factory tow hook insert in the bumpers?

Just loop it around the bumper shock and you are good to go.

I prefer the I/O Port straps. I believe I have both of mine wrapped around the OEM tow point behind the bumpers. I know my rear one is wrapped around that point and then comes up over the bumper.

Thanks Harnems. I’ll have to check if there is access to the bumper shock with our IS spoiler installed; if not we can always notch it.

I had to notch mine to get the tow strap out.

Great thanks! Looks like the fabric tow hooks are the way to go.
